Vani Moodley Esq.
Vani is an experienced intellectual property lawyer with over 15 years experience. Vani specializes in linking patent strategy (development, management, and enforcement) with business strategy, Some of Vani’s work has included developing a patent strategy and patent portfolio for a MEMS company which was acquired by Qulacomm for around $185M based on the value of the patent portfolio. In addition to developing strategies, Vani is highly experienced in writing patents in a number of different high technology areas, including semicondutors, medical devices, and software. Vani is also an experienced trademark attorney and counsels clients on the selection and prosecution of trademarks. Some of Vani’s recent work in connection with trademarks includes negotiating a co-existence agreement with Marvel Entertainment.

Devasena is an experienced intellectual property attorney. Her practice includes representation of large, publicly-traded companies and smaller, emerging companies in industries including hardware and software, manufacturing, apparel, computer gaming, entertainment, media, food and beverage, and many others areas. Devasena regularly counsels companies in the selection, registration and maintenance of their trademarks and copyrights both domestically and abroad. Larissa Migachyov Esq.
Larissa brings real-world engineering experience to her patent practice. She holds a Master's degree in biomechanical engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (minor in mathematics) from the University of Minnesota. While at Stanford, she obtained a patent for an invention of her own (U.S. Pat. No. 6,304,840), and invented several other devices. Ms. Migachyov is fluent in Russian and is very happy to work with Russian-speaking clients
Manju Sarkar
Manju holds a doctorate degree in microelectronics from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, along with Masters degrees in materials science (semiconductors) and in physics, both from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Manju is has worked in the semiconductor industry for over 25 years and has significantly contributed in the areas of semiconductor fabrication process and design of CMOS, Bipolar and passive devices. She has been the inventor and co-inventor for several patents and pending patents. She has also authored and co-authored several technical publications in international journals and conferences. She is a senior member of IEEE. Manju drafts patent applications relating to semiconductors and integrated circuits (fabrication process, device, equipment, facilities, packaging, etc.), solar energy, electronics, electrical, mechanical, physical sciences, and the like.
